Hank is the boy next door alpha hero, so sweet and very romantic, always in control but have a soft spot when it comes to Roxie. Can't help but noticed that he is highly respected by a lot and it does say a lot of things when it comes to a man. It is hard not to love someone like Hank, one look at him and your eyes will smile, get to know him and your heart will melt, can't blame Roxie for being in love with him at first sight.
Roxie, after all that she went through, she's definitely a fighter, a survivor, a true Rock Chick. She thinks she's weak but she's definitely strong. She's crazy and very funny, but very soft and sweet. A perfect heroine to our hero.
Having the knowledge of Roxie's troubled past, her feeling incomplete, feeling confined, Hank, even if it is against his will, he is even willing to give Roxie the freedom that she needs just for her to feel free, to feel alive, to feel complete again. That really touched my heart. It just shows how much Hank is willing to do just to give Roxie what she needs.
Well, if you love a suspense action pack romance novel, this book and this series do not disappoint. Just like the first two books, expect kidnappings, car chases, shooting incidents, hostage drama, and the likes. I can even silently hear the police car sirens from the background while reading it. The dialogues are hilarious and all the characters are hard not to fall in love with.
With this third book of the series, it feels like I already know all the characters personally. The bonding of the family and their friends are incredible. In this book, a new character was featured named Luke who is incredibly HOT, well looking forward on his book on Rock Chick Revenge.
It is so hard to pause in reading each book of this series, once I read the end part of this book, I'm already excited to start the next one, which is Vance's and Jules' story in Rock Chick Renegade. I highly highly highly suggest that once you started reading this series, make sure to have a copy of the rest of the books. All stories are completely stand alone, and I recommend to be read in order to be familiar will all the events and all the characters thoroughly. Once you started reading one and you loved it, you'll definitely be hooked. So if you love an action packed fun filled romance filled with absolute craziness, you should definitely give the Rock Chick series a try and you will never regret doing so.
