The more you hate, the more you love. Probably not always true, but undeniably, the more you hate someone, the more emotions you feel towards them and maybe, just maybe that includes love.
This story is a not so classic office romance where in they meet, they became friends and afterwards they fall in love. No. This is not that kind of office romance. When they meet, she started with a huge smile on her face, but he reciprocated it with a top to toe look and look away. That's it, and after that being confined in the same room everyday for 40 to 50 hours a week, they became nemesis. They hate each other so much that they have played so many games since then - mirror game, staring game, spying game, racing game, act natural game to the point of HR game, where they complain to HR against each other. They are so called the worst HR complainants for a reason.

Their combination at one glance may seem a little awkward, an extremely giant man with a petite woman. But the huge height difference has its own pleasure. Imagine being Lucy, having a man like Josh who is extremely tall and is built gives a feeling of security, of strength and of protection to a woman. On the other hand, being Josh gives a feeling of strength and authority. Having someone as huge as Josh, lifting and carrying Lucy is effortless and totally romantic.
This has a simple yet very sweet sensual scene. They are not attacking each other, but they are totally in the heat of the moment. It feels like they are treasuring every single moment of that intimate scene. It is very sensual in a way that is not highly erotic. It is artistically written and made with a good taste.
They have a great banter, very witty and funny. So adorable. I merely noticed the side characters, because I am focused on Lucy and Josh. The way he looks at her, and the way she makes him feel important and worthy. There is an undeniable attraction they got going even from the start. The smooth move Josh did when he kissed Lucy for the first time, woah that is really something.
The ending is well written. Office romance is not welcome for all company policies but the option that S.T have chosen is very practical and is similar to reality. It did not give a cliffhanger but it gives the reader a room for imagination.
